First time?
Good to know beforehand
You do not need to bring anything, and you do not need to know in advance which treatment is right.
Come in, tell me what is bothering you, and we will work it out.
- What should I bring?
-
Nothing. For the traditional massage I give you Thai clothes to change into. Everything else is here.
- What will I be wearing?
-
For traditional Thai massage, the Thai clothes I give you — comfortable, loose, good for stretching.
The oil treatments work the usual way, covered with a towel.
- How much time should I allow?
-
On top of the massage time, allow another 15 minutes for arriving, changing and talking.
- Will it hurt?
-
In places it is strong. Tell me if it is too much and I will ease off.
- Can I eat beforehand?
-
Do not come on a full stomach — the stretches would be uncomfortable. One or two hours after a larger meal is ideal.
- What happens afterwards?
-
Drink plenty of water. The next day you may feel something like mild muscle soreness, especially after the first time — that is normal.
- When should I not come?
-
With a fever, a fresh injury, inflammation or thrombosis. During pregnancy, let us talk it through on the phone first.
- Which one should I choose?
-
If you cannot decide, book the traditional one and we will talk it through when you arrive. Or call me beforehand.
- Can I cancel?
-
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before. I work alone, so a missed slot cannot be filled by someone else — please let me know in good time.
- How can I pay?
-
In cash or by card.
Important
Thai massage is not an erotic service. I provide professional treatment as a trained therapist. If someone is looking for something else, please do not book an appointment.
