House rules
So that your time at the salon goes smoothly.
I am glad you are coming to see me, and I would like your time at the salon to be genuinely restful, calm and restoring.
So that everything runs smoothly, please read the following carefully.
Booking and arrival
Please book in advance — you can do this online or by phone. Opening hours: Tuesday–Sunday 9:00–20:00, closed on Monday.
Please arrive on time, so that the full session can go on your rest. If you are late, the massage time is shortened accordingly.
Cancellation
I understand that things come up, but if you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours beforehand.
For a cancellation within 24 hours, or for not turning up, the price of the massage has to be paid.
If this happens twice, I can only book a new appointment with the fee paid in advance.
Payment and gift cards
You can settle the fee before the massage, in cash or by card — I give a receipt, of course.
If you would like to give someone a treat, you can also buy a gift card, which is valid for six months from the purchase.
Your health
Massage is given at your own responsibility.
Please tell me in advance if you have any illness or health problem.
In certain conditions massage unfortunately cannot be given: fever, inflammation, a fresh injury, thrombosis, pregnancy, or a post-operative state. If you are unsure, ask your doctor.
Consent form
Every guest receives a short declaration before the treatment, which has to be read and signed.
This is for your own safety, and we cannot begin the massage without it.
The nature of the service
Thai massage is not an erotic service.
I refuse any request of a sexual nature immediately, and where necessary I will involve the authorities.
Thank you for understanding
Keeping to the house rules is in all our interests, and it makes sure everyone leaves with a good experience.
Any questions?
If anything above is unclear, give me a call — I am happy to explain.
